It’s because I have VAs doing everything else.
See, in our busy real estate investing businesses, there are $5-an-hour jobs and there are $500-an-hour jobs. You need to learn the difference.
And the sooner you learn… the more successful your business will be.
Yep, I’m talking about outsourcing.
It is SO important to outsource those $5-an-hour tasks as soon as you can. You will never make any headway if you spend hours on the menial tasks: entering date in your CRM, sending text messages, putting postage on marketing…
Those are obviously important tasks that have to get done in your business—but you shouldn’t be doing them.
I remember in my business, I started outsourcing slowly. I actually hired a VA from Indiana in the good ole U.S.A. (I wasn’t ready to hire someone in the Philippines. Yet.)
She took over my marketing. I needed a consistent flow of leads, which requires consistent marketing campaigns—and I was dropping the ball on that. :-/
After all, MARKETING IS EVERYTHING!
And let me tell you… when I did get into outsourcing, it changed my business completely. It was amazing!
Stop thinking that you’re the one who has to do it ALL. You don’t. And you shouldn’t.
Stop asking how can I do this and ask who can do this.
My best advice about this: Hire a VA as soon as you can.
You’ll thank me for that idea. Really. 🙂
