One of my podcast listeners asked this question: “I have only $1,000 left in my budget for marketing. How shall I spend it?”

Wow! What a question.

Also, throw this into the mix — this investor is working in 3 different highly markets. That makes things a bit more complicated.

In this episode, I make an attempt to answer this dilemma by throwing out several great options. A couple of strategies I suggest are (i) to spread the marketing over two or three months and (ii) to focus on only one market and one strategy for the time being.

Several of the strategies I talk about cost nothing at all! If you’re short on cash for marketing, you have to think outside the box and get creative!

As usual, I reiterate that you must make 5 offers a day, no matter what marketing you’re doing.
