Bold question for you:

What are you living for?

What I mean is… are you working to live or living to work? Are you bustin’ your butt and hustling on nights and weekends? Struggling in the rat race?

If so, you’ve got to re-evaluate, my friend.

Think about this…

When someone is on their deathbed (morbid, I know, but it explains my point), they’re not saying: “Man, I really wish I would have worked more.”

Of course, they’re not!

They’re thinking: “I wish I would have spent more time with my kids. I wish I would have had more meaningful conversations with friends and family in person. I wish I would have worked less, not as hard and enjoyed my family and life and friends.”

So, how do you work less but still make money?

Simple: set up processes and systems and delegate to your team.

That’s what I do in my own business. After I learned how to do the marketing and talk to sellers and make offers and follow up (the 4 main keys to this business)… I slowly began to hire a team of people who then began to do those tasks for me.

See, when I tried to keep it all up myself, I was failing because I was only focusing on one thing while others still needed to get done too. The marketing and the leads were drying up while I spoke with sellers and negotiated. No good.

Remember: REI is the marketing business, not the real estate business.

When you market consistently, you’ll have a continuously filled pipeline of leads and deals. And for that, you need a team of VAs, acquisition managers, perhaps wholesaler partners.

That’s what I have. Now, my business runs without me. I do deals and profit because of systems and delegation.

Look, if your commute sucks and you’re putting in 50-60+ hours a week at a J.O.B. and you’re working nights and weekends… consider a change.

Work smarter, not harder.

I’m telling you if I can do it, you certainly can.
