Okay, today I want to talk to you about handling situations when you’re overwhelmed.
It’s easy to get overwhelmed. There’s just so much information out there. We can access podcasts… and YouTube videos… and courses on real estate investing… and webinars… and many of them are quite good. Education is good. But there can be too much of a good thing.
You buy a new course and tell yourself you’ll follow it through to the end. Yet months go by and you haven’t been able to. We’ve all done that.
As a matter of fact, what I’m sharing with you today is something I learned from a course I bought. I think the tactic might work for you.
It’s simple. When you’re feeling overwhelmed, I’ve learned what to tell myself so I can get started and keep moving forward.
Here it is…
Tell yourself: It’s easy.
I used it myself recently and got A LOT done on a project. Before then, I thought I didn’t even know where or how to start. But I used this new tactic… and it worked for me. 🙂 Happy day. Man, it felt good.
Using that tactic, it was almost like I was a 3rd-party talking to myself. Like, if I was helping someone else, I’d tell them: “Hey, you totally got this. Just take one step at a time. You can do this.”
See, once you take that first step, you begin to build momentum. And then you do the next step. And you’re on a roll. And you’re accomplishing things. You’re productive and you’re getting a ton of work done. And it keeps going…
Sure, wholesaling may not look easy, but tell yourself it is anyway…
“It is easy. I can do this.” Say it to yourself. I think you’ll find that'll work for you.
Give it a go. Today.
