So, in my last post, I talked about how important it is to have a coach. And that without my coaches, I wouldn’t be where I am today—I’m blessed with a tremendously successful investing business.

And it’s not just that you need a coach… you have to take action on what you’re being taught.

So now that I’ve been doing this business for a while, I’ve become a coach. And I LOVE it. I’m passionate about teaching others how this great industry works.

Of course I love closing deals… and I enjoy the lifestyle this business gives me…

But you know what gives me more joy than anything else?

It’s watching my coaching students apply what I teach them and go out there and make a killing. Seeing their lives totally changed because of their investing business. Man, it’s amazing!

My first coach—Shaun McCloskey—and I even hold workshops to teach people how to coach.

See, he’s awesome at teaching about the motivational aspect of the business. And I’m great at teaching about the systems. Together, we pack a 1-2 punch, and we really love helping people reach their investing goals—and then some.

So, I want to throw this idea out to you: Have you considered being a coach?

Do you want to make a difference in people’s lives?

Are you a good teacher and motivator? Do you know investing well enough now and run a successful business?

Then you should consider being a coach.

Maybe you can partner up with another investor coach. Think about doing what Shaun and I do… he brings one piece of the puzzle and I bring the other.

You could do:

  • 1-on-1 coaching
  • group coaching
  • remote coaching over Skype

You can help people as a coach and make really good money while doing so.

And you don’t even have to be the expert in every aspect of investing… as long as you know more than others… or you can focus on one or two main keys to the business—run with it.

See, I’m also sharing this thought with you because the more coaches there are, the more successful people will be.

It’s all a win-win. And that’s really what this entire business is about.

Heck, you can even partner with your students on deals—so you could offer hands-on teaching while splitting the profits from those deals. What a great twofer!

Look, I truly believe in coaching and the benefits it brings… to the coach and the student.

You may want to get in on this too.
