Hey there—I have 1 simple piece of advice to share with you today: Become a giver.
I want to encourage you to be generous. Personally, I’ve found that the joys and rewards of giving are invaluable.
Giving does something good to me: emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally.
It feels awesome. 🙂
Did you know that per capita, the United States donates more money than any other country to help third-world and poverty-stricken countries? We do this as a government, as individuals, as houses of worship…
When we give, we are blessed.
Give financially—donate more money to charities, organizations you participate in, your church or synagogue or mosque.
Give more of your time—to your kids, your friends.
Give more of your attention—to those who need it and want it.
I want you to really think about how the act of giving factors into your business… your life… your core values.
Start here: 2 really great books on the subject of giving:
- The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann
- The Blessed Life by Robert Morris
And know that giving doesn’t always have to be a big thing…
Consider this: My wife and I just took a friend of ours who’s sick some homemade chicken noodle soup.
Even small giving can have a huge positive impact…
Become a giver. It’s a beautiful way to live your life.
