I questioned whether it would be worth coming all the way to Tennessee to see Joe. Joe’s got a lot of material available on the internet and you can learn a lot there. It’s obvious that Joe is a marketing genius for real estate investing. You want to listen to everything Joe has available. But get in a class with him and two dozens other investors: the ideas that bounce around and the information Joe responds to and expands on in class, it’s something you’ll just won’t find anywhere. This was definitely worthwhile. Everybody should come to a live event.

Hi Joe, we were contacted by a seller of a vacant for sale property that had been on the market for several months. We were able to put the property under contract, find a tenant buyer within three weeks and received a check for $2500 . Joe’s Wholesaling Lease Options course is very easy to implement and it really fills a need for a lot of sellers. We received our first check within 6 weeks of getting the course and have 4 other properties under contract at the moment. The key for us has been to let the sellers know all the benefits of the lease option and to have a local mortgage broker on our team . The material and videos in Joe’s course are very easy to understand and there is lots of great content.
I just wanted to take a quick second and tell you how much I appreciate all your work you did on your Wholesale Lease Option Training Program I received just a few short weeks ago. After receiving the program and reading through it a couple of times, it has given me the confidence to go out and get 8 properties under contract so far with sellers and I have 3 of the 8 already placed with tenant/buyers in them. The step-by-step detailed instructions on how to go about advertising for sellers, as well as tenant/buyers was easy and exactly what I needed to get to the next level of investing. Your program walked me through what to say and what to do next. My first deal, following the guidelines of your program, I took a property under contract and sold it to a military couple with $12,000 as option money with $3,000 up front and the remaining $9,000 over the next 3 months as direct deposit into my IRA. Can anyone say Tax Free! This will be my best year yet. Thanks for the wisdom and knowledge you’ve shared with me. Thank you again.
Total profit of $338K!… Biggest Deal, Great Victory. Wanted to share a Joe McCall victory! Biggest deal I have ever! Spoke to seller about 7 weeks ago. He has 8 townhouses. And his plan was to get them all rented and then sell them as pkg. $275 each. LP 2.2 mill 18 month contract, I’m getting $1000 a months principal pay done. I have all 8 sold. Average upfront deposit is $40k each one! Total profit of $338K! Cherry on top is I am a mortgage banker in all 50 states and I will get the home loan in 18 months, as well, when I convert the LP’s to mortgages, another $40k! Took me about 10 minutes to do the bulk text and made me $378k. Crazy! Thanks.

It has been great. I just had my last three day event. I sold $285k. My next event is mid June. I am still trying to get my online coaching business off the ground. One day at a time. I got a lot of value from the coaching workshop.
Just got a deal locked up after 4 months of follow up. Seller missed our first appointment due to some kind of car issue and then went dark. We kept on him because we knew the motivation was high and not 4 months later the deal is locked up ! It doesn’t take much to follow up with these people and pays off big time ! Still love the feeling of getting the Contract Signed! Boom Baby!
I bought Joe McCall’s original Wholesaling Lease Options course in 2011 I believe. I immediately did 5 sandwich lease options that all were supposed to have a 5 year term.. Over the years, most of the tenants drifted away and the owners took their property back except for 2 out of town owners. Both of those the owners decided to continue our lease option arrangement, and I have them now for another couple of years. These are properties I’ve now controlled for 7 years. Fast forward to October of 2017. Joe was doing a demo of how many houses were listed and on the market > 90 days in my area. I joined Joe’s WLO course v2.0 and using his techniques, immediately got 2 new houses under a LO contract and found a LO tenant for one of them in 9 days and pulled down a $10,000 option fee + $350 /month cash flow for the next couple of years. The techniques Joe teaches work great, and his teaching will bring you $.

Since joining your program I had have my best month yet. I closed on 4 Deals in one month. In the past I have relied on the realtors to find foreclosures for me. Well that market is slowing down plus there is more competition for the deals. I needed to find a new source of properties. I fix and flip the homes and keep every 3rd deal as a rental for myself. Learning the techniques you teach on how to wholesale has allowed me to keep the wholesale fee and add even more income to the bottom line. Thanks again.

I want to take just a second to say thank you to Joe McCall. I am a Traditional wholesaler with a full time job that has struggled to get things rolling. I bought your course, implemented it and I can’t believe how the tenant buyers lined up and are begging me to pick them for the houses I have under contract. They have the down payment money, but can not get qualified for the mortgage. I wish I knew this method earlier. Each time I post a deal on Facebook, I get multiple buyers in a day and several left over buyers for other future deals. This is much easier than marking a property up to a cash buyer. I just wanted to report That I just made my first with a wholesaler I partnered with in Dallas and my check for $4,000 is in the mail! I never saw the house , never talked to the seller or buyer, and rarely ever got into Podio, except to see how follow ups were going. I took your coaching program last fall and actually did not follow it exactly, but that goes to show you that it can work, even if the system is not followed perfectly! One of the best RE wholesaling marketing ideas I have ever heard. I listened to Joe McCall podcast the other day and he said when he makes an offer that gets turned down by the seller, he sends 100% of the callers a written offer anyway.

I wanted to let everyone know of my first wholesale experience. I got a property under contract from a probate list for $61,500. I wholesaled it to another investor for $ 125,000. I did not intend on doing a double closed because I wanted to test my theory on the market in this area. I made a mistake and paid $2,600 in closing costs but I made over $61,000 in the deal. Not bad for my first wholesale deal.
Just set a new company record… Wholesaled a duplex to an international buyer at 92% of ARV. He told me exactly what he wanted… and I delivered. Now to help him grow his wealth more. Profit $5000.
