Okay, I have a message for you:

A confused mind says no.

What do I mean?

Well, when you’re talking to sellers and buyers… or you’re writing marketing… or you’re making offers—simple is always better.

Check this out…

So, your brain has a fight or flight mentality. If a seller looks at your postcard and there’s loads of text… and it’s all about you and not about them—they’re done. Game over.

When people get confused or overwhelmed, you’ve lost them.

So my point is that your message has to be super clear and simple and straightforward.

They need to know within 3 seconds of seeing your letter or website how you can help them.

You have to think about your messaging, folks.

Harsh truth: Sellers don’t care about you. They don’t care about your fancy slogan or bio pic… they just want to know how you can help them out of their problem.

You don’t need gimmicks. You don’t need fancy cardstock mailers.

The simpler the better.

And, just say what you mean. Simply.

I mean, I just proved it’s possible… this email was direct and simple and still got my message across.

When your message is simple and clear, you’ll do more deals.

Remember: If you confuse, you lose.
